Choose your contract

Three ways to work with us. You decide which one fits.

Each option has a different tax treatment and different obligations. We explain exactly what each one means before you sign anything.

Option 1

Employment contract

Full-time or part-time employment, directly with Nobless Delivery.

  • Salary, pension and health contributions paid by the company
  • Paid leave and public holidays
  • Counts towards your work record in Romania
  • Schedule agreed together

Option 2

PFA or collaboration

You work self-employed and invoice the fleet for the shifts you deliver.

  • Fully flexible schedule
  • You are paid gross, with no deductions by the company
  • You declare and pay your own taxes
  • Requires an active PFA or SRL

Option 3

Participation contract

An association in participation with the fleet, based on the shifts you complete.

  • No need to register a PFA
  • Flexible schedule
  • We explain the tax treatment in writing before you sign

  2. We check your documents

    You tell us what you have, we tell you exactly what is missing. No wasted trips.

  3. We sign and open your account

    You sign the contract you chose and we set up your courier account on Glovo or Bolt Food.

  4. First shift

    We show you how the app and the zone work. You have someone to call if anything gets stuck.

Documents

What you need to have ready.

This is the question we get most often, so here is a direct answer. If you are not sure what applies to you, message us and we will check together.

Romanian and EU citizens

  • Valid ID card or passport
  • Minimum age: 18
  • Bank account in your own name
  • Driving licence, if you deliver by scooter or car
  • PFA or SRL registration certificate, for option 2 only

The platform may ask for a criminal record certificate or other documents when activating your account.

Non-EU citizens

  • Valid passport
  • Valid Romanian residence permit
  • Work authorisation, where the law requires it
  • Romanian bank account

We hire non-EU citizens who are already in Romania legally. We do not sponsor relocation or bring workers into the country.

Frequently asked

What everyone asks us.

When do I get paid?

You are paid weekly, by bank transfer to your account.

Do I need a PFA?

Not necessarily. A PFA is only required if you choose the collaboration option. The employment contract and the participation contract do not require you to register a business.

Can I work part-time or weekends only?

Yes. Tell us how many hours a week you want to work and we build the schedule around them.

Do I need experience?

No. Most of our couriers started with none. You learn the delivery app on your first shift.

I have no vehicle. What do I do?

We can rent you a scooter on request, for a fee. See the section "What you deliver with".

What happens if the scooter breaks down?

You call support and we sort it out. You get full assistance and, subject to availability, a replacement scooter.

Do I deliver for Glovo or for Bolt Food?

We work with both platforms. We tell you which one has more orders in your zone and start there.

Is there a registration fee?

No. We never ask you for money to hire you or to activate your account. The only possible cost is the scooter rent, if you choose to rent one.

I am a foreign citizen. Can you take me on?

Yes, if you hold a valid Romanian residence permit and, where applicable, a work authorisation. See the "Documents" section.
