Privacy policy
This policy explains what data we collect through the application form on this site, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
Who processes your data
Controller: NOBLESS DELIVERY SRL, VAT/CUI RO50213110, trade register no. J2024001890134, registered at Aleea Sargetia 5, ap. 7, sector 2, Bucharest. Contact for any request about your data: suport@noblessdelivery.ro.
What we collect
- Full name
- Phone number and, optionally, email address
- The area where you live
- The vehicle you want to deliver with and your preferred contract
- Your availability and the languages you speak
- Your citizenship and, for non-EU citizens, your residence status in Romania
- Any message you choose to write in the form
Why we collect it
To contact you about your application, to check whether you meet the conditions for working with us, and to prepare the documents needed to start. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to anyone.
The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box in the form, together with pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Who else has access
- The providers that host this site and deliver the form (Cloudflare, FormSubmit) and the database where applications are stored (Supabase).
- The delivery platforms (Glovo, Bolt Food), but only when we activate your courier account, and only with the data required for that.
- Public authorities, where the law obliges us to disclose data.
How long we keep it
We keep applications for 12 months from the date you submit them, after which they are deleted. If we start working together, the data moves into your personnel or contract file and statutory retention periods apply.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before that. Write to suport@noblessdelivery.ro and we will reply within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), Bd. G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru 28–30, Bucharest.
Cookies
This site uses no tracking cookies and builds no user profiles. Traffic statistics are collected anonymously, without cookies.
